A Little about PEI ... a Verdant Island Paradise
PEI is the smallest province in Canada having a population of 140,000. We receive up to a million visitors each year and have a healthy tourism industry. The island is quite agrarian and features rolling hills and green, grassy vistas. We have a long coastline due to our many inlets and other waterways and as a result there is a large amount of reasonably priced waterfront PEI real estate.
The PEI real estate market is a consistent performer. PEI real estate offers great opportunities to get into home ownership due to PEI real estate being some of the least expensive in the country. While the PEI real estate market affords the novice real estate purchaser an easy access stepping stone to owning real estate there are still many higher-end PEI real estate properties available.

Enjoy spectacular views from this Prince Edward Island property on St. Peters Bay within a walk of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The 180 degree panorama features the rich colours of bay and gulf waters, sand bar, dunes, forest, meadows and fishing shacks. Watch the sun rise and set, tides ebb and flow, reflections in calm water or white caps, herons, bald eagles, osprey and fishing boats. This lot of 0.61 of an acre, with 165 feet of waterfront, is one of 16 at Seafields. The building site, sheltered on 3 sides by mature spruce trees, is an ideal location for a cottage or home, benefiting from gravel road, underground services and staircase leading to the shore. Stunning, architect-designed houses have been built on two adjacent properties. Sail, kayak or windsurf from the Seafields shore. Swim in the warm shallows near the mouth of the bay (1 km away) or walk a little further to the gulf (1.5 km) and then stroll for hours on the white sand beach. Bicycle on the Confederation Trail (3 km); launch or dock your boat at Red Head Harbour (6 km); or golf at the Links at Crowbush (10 km), the island’s premier golf course. The nearby village of Morell (4.5 km) has a supermarket, liquor store, bakery, farmer’s market, pharmacy, post office and library. Charlottetown (40 km) is home to the Confederation Centre of the Arts and has an airport providing non-stop service to Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. The first six photos show the astonishing views as actually seen from this property: (1) northwest view of bay, sand bar, gulf and massive dunes at Greenwich National Park; (2) northeast view of bay, forest, meadows and fishing shacks; (3) closer view of huge dunes; (4) closer view of fishing shacks; (5) herons in bay; and (6) sunrise over bay. The next two photos show a sail boat moored on the Seafields shore and Seafields as seen from the bay. There follow several aerial photos of the lot and surrounding area. The last photo shows the gulf beach.
